Weed and uncontrollable weeping and gnashing of my teeth.
I miss some of the quarter million dead that I knew.
We can't even get closure on grief.
Avoiding the media, reaching out to people who are supportive/helpful, checking in with loved ones I might be worried about, enjoying small pleasures while sequestered at home (bringing in some flowers, ordering new fragrances for myself or the house, ordering foods that I like, getting out for walks/exercise, ), checking out new music, movies, escaping into books, etc...
