Someone on this site, I apologize for not remembering exactly who, mentioned to me in a conversation/post, that Chad Wolf had not been confirmed, therefore was operating in a governmental capacity illegally/unconstitutionally.
It was fascinating at the time, and could've made a whole lot less misery had someone/some Judge rules as such way back when.
BUT .... given I'm an eternal optimist (most of the time) ~~~ that time has come!!!!!

I don't know if it was one of my post you read, but I was talking about Chad Wolf having no legal authority to send federal forces to Portland a few months ago.
I'm wondering how much of what he did he can personally be held liable for financially, since he was not legally acting on behalf of the government?
