I love abstract paintings.
All painting is abstract...three + dimensions compressed to two dimensions...an abstraction.
Hmm considering these laws, you're right.
Do you have a favorite or an example of what you like? When I was young, I especially liked realist art for the skill and precision required. I still like realism, but now I appreciate a wider range of styles — provided the piece conveys emotion or message effectively. With abstract art, though, I rarely feel much.
I don't how to describe it but i love those that makes you give it a meaning based on your own truth.
