While the haggling continues on Capitol Hill, the president is spending Christmas at his resort in Palm Beach, Florida. A White House memo said he was working "tirelessly" with "many meetings and calls", though he was spotted at his golf course on Thursday morning.
Please, is there a cartoonist who could draw the president, sitting with his clubs in a golf cart, which has no tires on its wheels (or two punctures), using his phone to call for a technician?

There was a joke doing the rounds in South Africa (factual for some) when the apartheid era ended (by law). We used to say that they're still on that bus where the wheels are flat, but they refuse to climb off 
Your request for a cartoon drawing with the Orange man inside golf cart with wheels flat reminded me of that.
