One thing I hve noticed with low carb high fat lifestyle is that my stools are smaller and less frequent. This must be because the body is making better use of the food going in thus less wastage. That can only be a good sign.
Also because you're eating less fiber, Val. If your issue is troubling, you can add a fiber supplement to your diet. Good luck with your diet - I'm doing a modified Paeo diet myself, after starting out with no carbs, have included gluten free toast w/ my eggs to improve endurance a bit.
I also include 28gms of mixed selected seeds daily, also adds fiber.. Raw green leafy vegetabkes too.
