"American Tune"
Have been thinking about this song's lyrics a lot in recent days. With the recent Capitol insurrection spurred on by the President himself, now seems like a good time for Americans to really consider the lyrics. True love of country is humble and resolute and principled. Blind patriotism leads to the kind of shitshow we have been living these past four years.
BTW, this is a Paul Simon solo song, but I think it sounds even better with his old partner joining him. Sing, Art!
