Hey! I just made level 8!

That means I'll get a T-shirt, but I'll have it sent to the US. I plan to move to Lexington, KY, in a strongly alt-right, Conservative state, so maybe it would be safer not to wear it in public.
I've tangled with them enough already over Trump and was threatened online.

Still, there's a core of liberals in Lexington, so I might be OK..

My best friend in the world lives in Lexington. She's a believer, but I don't hold it against her. I was actually surprised by the number of atheists there, seems to be more there than here in Indy!

I lived in Lexington for five years. It’s a great little town. There are plenty of liberals down there. You’ll be fine.

I see you like musical instruments, Lexington has lots of appilachain music jam sessions.

Well, people all over eastern Kentucky, actually. The local hill people are amazing musicians-they still gather and jam on their front porches. I would attend all the big bluegrass concerts on Poppy Mountain, near Morehead, KY.

You'll be okay. People who live in conservative areas are safe unless they wear their atheism on their sleeeves.. You don't need to hide it, but you also do not need to trumpet it.

I grew up in Lexington and a lot of my family still live there. The city is far more liberal than the rest of the state...you'll be fine!

I live about 2 hours from Lexington, so I know what you mean. If it wasn't for family and friends, I'd be gone.
