I am sitting in front of a picture window watching birds feed at my various feeders, having to cling tight sometimes when the wind gusts strong and pushes the feeders almost horizontally. It's not usually this much like winter at this point in April, even though it is Michigan. This weather prompts me to ask: If man had the power to manage weather, should we do so? What's your opinion?
