They started taxing SS benefits in 1983 during his first administration. Reagan screwed me in 1982 when the Republicans decided I could not draw SS because I was a Civil Service employee.

At least he knew something. But he still tripled the national debt in his 8 years, and set us up to always be in debt with his trickle down theory.
