Documentary of tiny house communities
I build tiny house communities. Legality is the greatest problems yet it's all booming regardless especially in the US
Really good documentary.
But at least some places are willing to change their zoning laws to allow for such things, our home is a small home it's less than a thousand square feet and it's also on a small lot roughly 3500 square feet 35 wide by 100 long lot of houses are much bigger than that in this area.
Your home and mini houses are the most desired on the market overall. The Tiny houses are most desired for minimum wage and homeless. My tiny houses are affordable for 90% of people where regular 2300 sq ft. houses are really not affordable for most.
Trailer home mostly are not designed for winter. Don't even want to compare a toxic rust bucket to a tiny house. Yes tiny houses are more in the 100 to 400 sqft. Range
After 15 years of pioneering these babies
Come to the new improve house, affordable for minimum wage persons. Much more pros than cons.
Pro and cons
My tiny houses 240 sq ft. vs
A Regular house
Cons

In the 1950s the structure was framed well, solid basics. Hold on to it, many would buy it for cash as a rip off. Problems afterward would be replacing it, with as good a deal
