7. If not liking the area or legal situation, If your neighbor sells his house who knows what your next neighbor will be like, you can leave if any serious doubts.

In the 1950s the structure was framed well, solid basics. Hold on to it, many would buy it for cash as a rip off. Problems afterward would be replacing it, with as good a deal
