Not posting this to be mean or make fun of those that have some eye challenges, but when you meet someone who apparently has either one bad eye or is it's off in another direction, which eye do you look at?

Bridge of their nose

You're safest looking at the bridge of their nose 🙂

The one pointed at you

  1. How close are they?
If you’re not immediately face-to-face, you can pick a spot on their forehead, just above the nose. Looks to most people the same as if you are looking them in the eye.

  2. Is cleavage also a factor?
If so, eyes may not become an issue.

Don't want to make fun yet post it in "Silly, Random & Fun." Hmmm.

It's random. Where would you have put it? I guess general and hellos might have been better, shoot me

Play it safe look at the bridge of the nose.

I have a friend with a glass eye. I follow the eye that blinks. (They may both blink ... I can’t be 100% sure. But one noticeably does, so that’s the winner.)

If someone just has eyes that look in different directions, try to figure out which one is looking at and following you. That’s the eye to focus on.

When all else fails, I usually just pick one and stick with it.

Look at the good eye. I am blind in one eye. Very important question, thank you.

Yes thanks but being able to decide which one is the good eye is the problem/question

@lerlo Sorry, I was thinking of the case where you can tell the good eye is looking at you while the other is not. I wear a dark lens over my blind eye but before I did, I was aware that it took people awhile to decide which eye to focus on and I knew it made them uncomfortable. If it was someone I was going to spend time with on an ongoing basis, I would not mind them discussing it with me. I wish I had a better answer for you.

@LovinLarge nope, thanks for discussing it. Not something you can just ask a person.
