Today was a rough day, emotionally. It is the 4 year anniversary of the day that the Russian Federation murdered my brother. Joseph Stone was a paramedic with the OSCE-SMM-UKRAINE. It's an unarmed, civilian humanitarian monitoring mission.

The men and women of the OSCE-SMM-UKRAINE are amazing and brave. And unfortunately thousands of innocent ukrainians have been killed in that humanitarian crisis.
