I'm not sure it will happen on a Federal level, but, it's possible that it could happen on the State level. Charges filed in New York State could prove damaging, AND, even more importantly, not pardonable. Pence, if he becomes president, can pardon 45 for Federal crimes, but not State ones. It IS conceivable that 45 could end up doing time in Attica or Sing Sing. If that happens, I'm throwing a party!
