What are you eating?
Corn chips and Pace picante sauce, medium. 30 days, huh? I can feel my lips peeling off from all that salt! I will surely dehydrate, too.
Bagels, Lox,Cream Cheese and Capers, with fresh brewed coffee. Yes, I'm sure I could enjoy 30 days of that diet. It is not unusual for me to have them 30 days in a row! My standard breakfast.
Cauliflower tabbouleh. Not bad, but I think in 30 days I'd be slimmer and lacking in protein.
Lots of home canned fruit and other vegetables along with frozen soups, stews and vegetarian chilies (that I made). Occasionally some frozen wild Salmon.
I'm good--chili.
Texas style?
@BucketlistBob No, it's more New Mexico style.
@DharmaBum50. Hmmm.... thats with bean? Yummm...
@BucketlistBob No, I make the pinto beans separately--you can add them to the chili when it's time to eat if you like. It's basically meat and spices (a couple types of pure ground red chiles, cumin, Mexican oregano) minus most of the veggies you get in Tex-Mex chili, including the tomatoes.
@DharmaBum50. Adding the beans sounds cool. My mom took a 2 pound pack of hamburger. Fried it up with some onions and some can tomatoes, paste, and sauce, and chili pepper. It was seasoned pretty good back then but I bet it was just salt and pepper. She added lots of water and pinto beans. We added rice to it for body. There was 5 of us and we had 2 bowls. It was the best damn chili I ever eaten. I would give anything right now for a bowl of that poor boy chili. Anything else will not do. It's got to be that cheaply made chili with rice. People don't understand how it don't have to be expensive to be the greatest in the world.
Smoked pork... im going to die! Thats diet food!
