The massive amount of street guns have been the actual reason for the rise in police shooting rates. They assume that someone is carrying and is hostile to police. Get these guns off the streets and the issue becomes easier to address because their fear will ease. d$A created this mess in the 1980's and Dem's warned about it.

Hemp was good for this nation, and world, until a very, very, rich newspaperman bought a lot of stock in wood pulp paper. Before that the primary source of paper was hemp. This occurred just before Reefer Madness became a national hysteria. We need to stop touring their castles and temples but start knocking at their walls.
