My back-combed lacquered do..isn’t there. It was always cut pretty short…kinda Mary Quantish!

I had a friend slept all night on small rollers then teased her hair tightly ....it stood up straight then just combed the tips it was very high indeed
and every night the comb out and reset we were so cray
@whiskywoman I slept in rollers in bed for years…when I got married my husband rolled over onto a couple of them and he issued an ultimatum that they had to go. He went out and bought me the latest thing - in Carmen heated rollers - so I didn’t need to use the old ones again.
