Since my childhood when I was 5,listening from every mosque 24/7 " O Allah Almighty destroy these Yahood, Nasara wa Hanood ( Jew,Christian,Hindu). This is beauty of religion. Hatred, seeking destruction and always burning in revenge fire. Same goes on from behalf of followers of other religions.
Any religion that puts down or espouses hatred toward any other religion is a hateful gang. Besides, it's all BS anyway.
Many of us were brought up in a religious surroundings. Some, as I, the religion did not play a dominant part but in my family we did go to religious (Catholic) school which meant mass every day and teaching by nuns. Of course the hating of other religions is always present. There are so many stories of how we grew up and threw away the myths. I think it is easier in western countries than in other places. However, my late partner was from Iran. She was the only girl with 4 brothers. Her mother pushed her to question everything and from the time she could reason she thought religion silly. When we met we were both atheists and here she could be a lot more open than where she was living in Texas. In the end she enrolled in the states Death with Dignity program and left happy and with a smile on her face. In the end she wanted to be with others but there must be no tears or prayers.
The Sunni and Shia don't even like the Sufi and the Sufi are as Islamic as they are.
However should I ever be required for some reason to go to an Islamic country I hope it's to Morocco since they're mostly Sufi and the Sufi are actually peaceful.
@Chaahat2020 Thanks for the private message, but how do you know the Pakistanis aren't lying about the Sufi? The way Germany lied about Jews? Or if there are violent Sufi perhaps they're just in revolt to Sunni or Shia traditionalist and joined as an act of rebellion unaware of how the actual Sufi believe? Tragedies like that happen here too.
And political spectrum, and skin color, and race, and country of origin, and...
Humans are shitty, awful, selfish creatures, why anyone is still surprised by this I'll never know.
