Here is were tax dollars can really make a difference. It will take a lot to help support these kids that never EVER got the sort of guidance someone like myself got by simply having parents that while somewhat dysfunctional were responsible parents and provided, taught and set role models for spending, saving and gratification.
We who were raised in "normal" circumstances never realize how ugly we as a society really are.
