Right wing citizens and politicians scream to the heavens about tyrannical government just because that government takes action needed to protect the health and safety of our people and nation. Yet, at the same time, we see Republican state legislatures and governors taking direct action to impose dictatorial measures on city governments and school boards t deny them the right to make valid and needed judgments on their own for the people they serve. Also at the same time, they advocate for “home rule”, stating that government closest to the people governs best.. This is the height of ludicrous, vicious, and duplicitous hypocrisy. And, these treacherous people act like they can govern best???????????
