What is the education system structure in your country???
In India,
Pre- kinder garden (3 yrs old)
Lower kinder garden
Upper kinder garden
1st class to 4th ( lower primary)( 6 yr old)
5th class to 7th (upper primary)
8th class to 10th (High school)
11th and 12th class ( higher secondary) ( 12th class at the age of 17)
After that Under Graduate Degree, then Post Graduation etc...
I never understood American schooling system. please explain

If so, you should consider the relevance of the curriculum and how it is delivered. Sometimes people achieve despite the education system

Unfortunately you are correct it is unbelievable how uninformed young people are .Instead of spending their life on a cell phone texting nonsense they should be doing something constructive like reading a book
