I am, and it’s pretty accurate. We had to be all those things because we were latchkey kids. Our moms were finally being accepted into traditionally men’s jobs. I’m not sure if anyone else felt like this. But my mom was ambitious. She went out and got it done when she needed to, and she excelled at it. I will never stop being awed by how she handled $2million in debt from my dad having cancer. And yes, that’s after insurance.
And that’s in 1985 money
I thought for ages that I was Gen X because at one point boomers only went to 1957.
Decades later I found out I was a boomer from 1959.
Late boomers, we took all the generational shit from fellow boomers that also thought we were Gen X.
The real crap Generation that started all this generational shit was called "The greatest generation" because the SOBs named their own generation. It's why in the 60's we kept saying "Never trust ANYONE over 30" and we were right for saying so, those useless old racist bastards.
