That's ridiculous. You're not allowed to own an M1, Uzi it any fully automatic rifle. Can't own active grenades, rocket launchers plus many other military weaponry. In some states you're not allowed to have a crossbow and there are hunting season restrictions in most states. You certainly can't have a nuclear warhead.

The Government needs to protect its citizens from those people, like David Barton, who hold the crazy view that any of us is as entitled as the government to acquire and keep weapons of mass destruction such as a nuclear bomb. Like locking him up in a asylum and throwing away the key!
