I don't know about your countries, but in the UK, I notice that around this time every year, there is silent protocol that no grownups (both believers and non-believers, and even the media) are to ruin Christmas for small children by publicly saying that Farther Christmas (Santa) doesn't exist. I can actually appreciate that.

everything I give my adult kids is still signed Santa....they know who that really is.
