If Trump is charged and tried criminally, will the jury have at least one supporter who will refuse to convict, no matter what the evidence says?

I guess that depends on the judge during the jury selection period. It would be almost impossible to find an 'impartial' jury one way or the other.

Let’s guess — will a state, New York or Georgia, or the Feds be the first to charge Trump?

I say NY; he’s been cheating there for decades.

Oh, please convict !! Please, please, I'm almost praying, . . . . . . . . . . . . .ha, ha, just kidding.

I certainly hope so as he shouldn’t even be charged. That crooked SOB Biden is the one who should be charged!

Getting ahead of yourself, a bit. Let's get him charged and arrested first.

Hm-mm, do you like surprises?

If he’s charged civilly, a jury needs only a majority.

@yvilletom Won't be a surprise to me. I expect him to get charged and put on trial. It may be the only way to get past this time so we can watch the planet burn.
