Poor Emily. I don't even know her and she lives 5 miles from me. She has went from Capital rioter charge to a local DUI murder charge in such a short time.

Emily was at the Capital riots and actually went inside. I'm told she was so proud of that. She is soon to be sentenced, but locally and recently she was intoxicated and went the wrong way on the freeway. This led to a collision that killed a local woman. Her first offense will be mild compared to the DUI affair.
@Umbrella_Guard Either dope, booze, or both. The only other distraction is that something is making them all dumb.
