A Chinese Satellite Just Grappled Another And Pulled It Out Of Orbit
The maneuver raises concerns about the potential militarization of satellites designed to inspect, manipulate, or relocate other satellites.
Wouldn't surprise me if we had one. We are more than a decade ahead of the Chinese in general warfare and space equipment. Our first KH11 digital spy satellites could look over the horizon, could look at other satellites and know what they were targeting. That was the 70's. Back then we had satellites that could hear outside conversations. I used to study "film" from the KH's. With technology's rapid growth, I can only speculate what our capabilities are.
No one has bombed more countries since WW2 than the US.
So who should be more concerned, them or us?
