One thing that frustrates me about brain injury is that I forget what I am doing or how to get there. I was going to write an impassioned piece about a subject that interested me, now, the world has moved on..........haha

Can relate, my aging mind really slows me down.

Try a tape recorder give yourself the advantage. My brain can forget something just walking through a threshold. I will have to try to follow my advice to you for myself.
