Oh hell no. I like coffee but not that damn much.
I am happy with Puertorrican Coffee even if washed down by Maria. No need to get exotic, that coffee from the mountains of Yauco is the best coffee in the world for a Puertorrican.
The stuff from adjuntas is better, imho.
@jperlow Hell Yeah... Sir, you are a Connosseur and I Salute You!
@GipsyOfNewSpain i have friends that grow there. The whole island is having a super tough time with growing or doing anything right now. My favorite PR rum, Barrilito, is not back in production yet. Hoping to visit again soon within next 6 months. I need some salmorejo de jueyes and beach ostiones bad.
@jperlow You got to eat conch salad.... carrucho salad. Is my island but all my life I lived there I knew sooner or later a hurricane will come. It is life on earth. Life in the Caribbean.I grew up in the shadow of Corona Brewery that sold the name to the Mexican beer now world famous. I was raised in Santurce, hang out in Condado as a teen. I like you and I appreciate your love and enjoyment of my island.
@GipsyOfNewSpain I go quite often. I live in FL, have a lot of friends from PR. Carrucho I prefer in the Bahamas, in PR it's very hard to get the conch fresh off the boat.

@jperlow My ex wife had an aunt that did the best conch salad ever, it will take her a week just to clean it and prepare it. My thought.... if I see conch off the boat... no way I will eat it! My ex loved the Fresh Red Snapper (Chillo).
@GipsyOfNewSpain the fried snapper I got right off the boat in humacao was amazing. Really hard to top that.
@jperlow Yep... my ex wife favorite!
Everything Starbucks serves tastes like that to me.
