Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.The main powers in the world do not want you to raise children anymore. Keeping people perpetually immature, as needy children who always want more stuff, is much more profitable.
So sorry, the worlds institutions killed the village, because it was teaching people to be self reliant, supportive of each other, and to value real things, like the place where they live.
( For those of you who never benefited from a village upbringing. This is called dark irony, and should not be taken too literally. )
