Law professor argues that Reformed Jews aren't devout enough to be granted religious wavers - this has to do with a reformed synagogue suing state of Florida over abortion. Now, if we were to extend his argument, we could argue all of the branches of any religion, as they have broken off, are undeserving of waivers.
I'll agree with him if thousands of tiny little shithole evangelical churches could be thrown out of their tax dodges.

Of course. For the kkkristians, no religion is legitimate except their own.

Slippery slope! My counter argument would be that Xians borrowed from the Pagans.

Include with the tiny shithole churches, the ridiculous mega-churches...

What would be the metric used by the law professor to measure devoutness and what standing does he have to define devoutness as a criteria for measuring religious practice?

Yep. They are some of the worst.

This guy lost ALL credibility when I read he is a law professor from a university in Texass. Sorry, haven't we seen enough lawyers who seem unable to divorce their "christian" beliefs from their interpretation of the law?
What the fuck is it with christians? Muslims are just as bad with the one true faith bullshit.
I'm not going to go off on a rant but JHC but this guy just🤬🤮🤬.
