I think it is more like Trump being in the right place at the right time.
If I were to place a bet, I'd bet on his messing it up. He really isn't that competent and has no qualities of statesmanship.

lol really?? Trump is an expert negotiator - and without the sanctions put in place by Trump this never happens.
@gater The leaders oif the two Koreas are meting already. Trump has yet o meet with either one of them. Relations between them have been thawing ever since the previous North korean leader died. Trump has little to do with it. It woudl be happening no matter who was president, although with Trumps lack of decorum, I'd be willing to bet he'll mess it up.
