Even if you don't accept the "Life begins at first breath" line as literally refuting the pro-life schtick, God definitely never had a problem with killing people

God likes everybody because we all are his children. He gave us the most precious thing we have, and it is our lives. Also, he gave us the freedom to do with it all we want, so it is our responsibility that other people are being killed. I always visit churches in portland, and the pastor from that church always says that we need to love each other and do kind things because it is what God wants from us. So by doing bad things, as killing isn't making him mad at us, on his children, it just makes him disappointed.

No literal god. But a metaphorical one is. People don't create themselves. The system that created them (often personified in mythology as God) will kill them. System required.
Names change. Systems remain.

It seems that last one didn't work all that well either.

And he was only dead for a long weekend. All of that, and it changed absolutely nothing. Humanity still sucks!
