Don't get your hopes up. He'll claim he thought what he said was true, and perjury is harder to prove than that.

Have you heard the latest? There's a damages cap in the state the case was heard. He might end up paying 9 million, if that. Probably less. He'll make more money than lose. It's America. The rich always have a lurk.
