I'm surprised that Dingbat No.45 has paid an attorney in advance to file legal docs. I don't think there is a lawyer left in this country who isn't aware of the reputation tweety has for non-payment.

That lawyer may have requested payment up front, or that was the only way he'd return the call. Trump is grifting a million $ a day on these latest developments, which makes it easier to let go of some dough. Plus he's probably a little desperate to get any decent representation at all. They're still making some bonehead filings.
