With no data, there is an infinite spectrum of beliefs and probability assignments are impossible.
With data, there is a limited spectrum of beliefs and probability assignments becomes possible.
Where is knowledge?
What is true?
With no data, is just an opinion..... period

@TheMiddleWay I wish I can tell you what you want to hear. I stand on a different category. I am not a theist, I am not an Atheist. I am not an Agnostic either. Apathy runs my brain and thought about belief systems and any kind of religion. I do not have the brain cells that drive people to prove or disprove God's existance. I truly don't care. Can I prove he exist, no cannot. Can I prove he does not exist, ni cannot. Therefore I don't care and that is my final answer. I do have friends from the whole spectrum and things work just fine for as long as no one is trying to convert nobody...
@TheMiddleWay well, did not know about that one. I almost skipped the link thinking ignostic was a typo. Who knew.... Ignostic sounds about right. I would say apathy is still a better fit. Good day mate

@TheMiddleWay Data (information) forms the basis on which we make calculated decisions about how we might proceed or what course of action we take in various situations.
At times we may find ourselves in a dither of doubt because of lack of data and time is not always in our favor.
Data may serve the purpose of clarifying our decisions and bolstering our knowledge.
A very interesting way at looking at how science and religion differ. It's one reason that no argument can ever be won in a fair debate by one religion versus another. Is that your quote or did you read it somewhere? Regardless well done
