I'm off to pick up my 8-year-old granddaughter for a bit of biking and a packed lunch.
First stop - buy her a new helmet.
On the way back, she's going to show me a place in the woods where the remnants of an old nursing home is. Scope the area for mushrooms(too early), flora and fauna.
