Hey, it hit the floor. Anything safe to eat that hits the floor belongs to the dogs.
@MsKathleen it’s not that he ate it, one of the things I missed when I didn’t have a dog was having to actually pick up dropped food! 
It’s that he stashed it under his paw until he thought no one was watching. Probably in the hopes that he could beg some more!
@Barnie2years If you want to talk about “probably”, he was probably trained to do it exactly like that.
