Oh good. Finally!! they've been predicting that since the 50s 
A research team using infrared sensors tracked objects from two different locations. The evidence was persuasive, but they couldn't get a definitive range. Avi Loeb who supports research into UAP suggested they were artillery shells and some people were satisfied with that explanation. More work needs to be done. Nothing to do with the photo above.
