I wouldn't mind insomnia so much if I cold just sleep.
I identify. Nightly I wake up at least every 2 hours and I look at the clock. Someone told me there is a drug for that. OK, but I do not want to be knocked out. Someone else told me they would move that clock so it could not be viewed. I said. really? Then I would have to get up and move the clock back to where I could see it. This is all part of my anxiety. I also hear every night time sound but refuse to be drugged into sleep.
I wake every two to three hours, and get up. If I didn't the bed would be wet.
