Some places are worse than others. Federal is tops and then there is my state, Missouri. For a week while in session the legislators debated allowed garments for women representatives. All shoulders need to be covered they claim.
Not the best and brightest.

I lived in and around St. Louis a few years ago. My ex's family lived in Webster Groves and I lived in Belleville, IL for about a year in 1992-1993. Nothing would ever make me want to settle there permanently, and this ruling just confirmed that.
