Some places are worse than others. Federal is tops and then there is my state, Missouri. For a week while in session the legislators debated allowed garments for women representatives. All shoulders need to be covered they claim.
Not the best and brightest.

I lived in and around St Louis more than a few years ago, my ex's family lived in Webster Groves. There was nothing about Missouri that ever made me want to move back there. And this just confirmed that I was right.
