So as you can tell I'm a Realtor. And I'm working with this one client, who's really nice! And she's pretty smart too, but she did something the other day that is a big no-no when you're prepping to buy a home.

She went and bought a car!! ?‍ I wanted to bang my head against the wall lol. Rule of thumb when you're in the process of house hunting, and ESPECIALLY if you're already under contract on a home and your loan hasn't closed yet. Don't put any large purchases on credit, don't buy a car, and don't use cash funds set aside for closing. Just refer to my 10 commandments of home buying below!
