US must have a war to keep the US Corp in action of martial law every year from the time of Abraham Lincon assassination. The 9/11 is another delusion for a another martial law. A martial law
military government, involving the suspension of ordinary law.
China has not had a major war since 1979 and will surpass US economically by 2030.
