@Marionville.
I spent this afternoon drinking coffee and guzzling ice-cream at a shack beside my favourite spot in Northern Italy, lake Montorfano. (Orphan mountain, so called because it is not connected to all the other pre-Alpine mountains around lake Como.)
The lake has shallow sides, meaning people can wade out 150 feet from the shore. It also means the water is not as cold as the other lakes, although since this afternoon's temperature was 34°C, it was still refreshingly cool.

Braggart!! 🙂 It was 100 degrees in my city today....

It was 104°F in my home town, in South East Spain. The nights seldom fall below 89 degrees
That's why I've driven to Northern Italy - it's cooler, especially at night

It looks beautiful!

It is. I can spend hours just sitting there The barman, Alex, is Italian but speaks Spanish because he passes the Italian winters running a beach bar in Mexico.
