Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.We may have “had to” but apparently we still haven’t. We still relegate them to sitting and sleeping on the ground. In a time when just about everybody was religious, we could blame it on religion. What can we blame it on now?
Well, the ”law” I guess. Now we think it’s even better to lock them in cages. Progress!
