This chap is using mental gymnastics to demonstrate to waverers that things do not have to change with a few"adjustments" in direction of thinking. Mostly perceptions . In the process he is making countless bloopers. Mistakes which require little extra thought to dismiss.

For example the call for ' substance in both male and female . Well I know that I am I. But I respect everyone else's I (ego) and want to improve them.

It causes the speaker to try to equate substance by ' promoting ' females . Well I have always known that Men and Women are equal in capabilities. The speaker has forgotten that it takes BOTH sexes to make a baby and although Males do not always ' stick around ',if they leave they leave a deficit in their children which can only be compensated by another male.

God = The great unknown = Spirituality= everything else in the religious train of thought
That is why I am an agnostic and not an atheist who would reveal the proper way forward.
Deal with your own unknowns before you say that you know anything to anyone else.

It is amazing how people can assert that they know so much by knowing so little.
