Firstly, I want to say I agree with the sentence. I think any parent that leaves access to firearms to young children is irresponsible and reckless. And I indeed think any parent irresponsible enough to allow their toddler to take a firearm to school and shoot someone should to be locked up. If for no other reason than a deterrent for other parents?!
Having said that, I didn’t realize marijuana users were not allowed to posess firearms. How is it that alcohol users aren’t subjected to this firearm restriction? I think they got this one backards….
