Sometimes true, but often people think things are simpler than they are. Often, they are very complex.

True. Usually, the complications can be traced to greed, jealousy, and or resentment.

@Betty I was thinking in a different direction. Often accidents are not just one event but a number of events all creating a situation where an accident happens. People often say "it's simple" when it is anything but.

So do I. Usually, the best solutions are the simplest although not always the easiest to implement. 🙂
