My son has an Oculus VR headset and while I really don't like it because it's a bit heavy, I found a fun game called Beat Saber which is a music based note (or beat) capture game. Think Guitar Hero. But with this one you use two light sabers to slice through matching color cubes in the direction indicated. Looks like there is plenty of music content too.
