I made a zucchini slice. It is now day 3 and I am truly sick of it, so the birds will get it instead and I will eat salad.
Mmmm... Lucky birds! I love nearly anything zucchini, but I tend to just fry it in butter with flour, salt and pepper, like my mom used to cook it, and it brings me right back to summer dinners, when life was simpler and our only concerns were our sunburns after playing outside all day.
